Dept. is dredging Creve Coeur Lake to save this ox-bow water
from being silted into oblivion.  Dredge spoil is being deposited 
hydraulically in an area surrounded by an earthen dam.  Walking
  on the dam could be dangerous

exclusion of proposed Missouri wilderness areas (named) from 
the 1974 Eastern Wilderness legislation.  (Written on behalf of
