PEOPLE
Jul. 66 Bowman, Helen Obituary - Helen Braden died on May 29, 1966, the result of a fall
in her home.  For many years Fern was an interested and active
companion on our field trips.  Some years ago she returned to
her home in Mexico, Missouri but her interest in nature continued.
Dec. 66 In Memoriam - Dr. Harold A. Bulger.  Funeral services were held
on Thursday, Nov. 3, for Dr. Bulger, who died of a cerebral 
hemorrhage.  Extensive biography of Dr. Bulger, including his 
contributions to WGNSS and other area nature groups.

Nature Notes exhibited at the April banquet are now available
to the membership on a "borrower" basis.  Rules for their use are
given.
Jul. 66 Payment of Dues.  The Executive Board wants to encourage 
members to join one of the three upper levels of membership;
they are Patron ($500), Benefactor ($100) and Life ($50).  To 
make this easier, payment of these fees in five consecutive 
annual installments will be permitted.  Income from these 
classifications will be put in a separate fund which will serve as a
stable and permanent financial base for the society.  Interest on
this fund is to be used to further the aims of the society as put
forth in the constitution.
